Yes. Have a engineer make you some EZ-Throw Dynamite and use a well-timed throw to aggro the mobs on the bridge. (You might also be able to buy some from the AH.)

There isn’t a hard number. Runecloth can be turned into Runecloth Headbands and disenchanted to sell the mats. If you get a good mogging green it could be worth 1-2000 gold. ITs random but at 5 resets an hour it could be good.

Yes. A well timed throw of EZ-Throw Dynamite (made by engineers but doesn’t require engineering) will aggro them.
